The GreenPan Reserve Hard Anodized Healthy Ceramic Nonstick Square Griddle Pan comes with a gold handle, and is PFAS-free, dishwasher and oven safe. It heats up quickly and is capable of cooking delicious and evenly heated meals. The pan has a tall wall that prevents food from spilling over and makes it an excellent choice for one-skillet dinners. However, some reviewers found that the pan did not heat evenly enough on low or medium heat. The bottom of the pan also appeared to warp after a few uses by some customers.
