ANNMETER AN-990C is a Digital SMD Tester that offers a compact handheld design with a 6000 Count auto-ranging function. The product is specially designed for in-circuit testing. It features tweezer probes for testing resistance, capacitance, diode continuity, and battery tests. The tester comes with a plastic case, two AAA batteries and wired test leads. However, the product fails to measure resistance on the setting R/D/C, and the tips are not sharp enough to hold on to the SMD, unable to accurately test SMD capacitors in-circuit. The LCD display also has issues with visibility, making it difficult to read the numbers accurately.
