This VGA adapter is fully molded and protect against unwanted EMI/RFI. It has the 15-pin VGA end with female connector while the 9-pin end has a male connector.
Passing the RGB and video sync signal from one end to the other end based upon the pin assignment that this adapter is made.
Could also be used for passing the CGA or EGA type RGB signal through a 15-pib VGA connector. Example such as connecting a 9-pin RGB video output from a console system to a VGA equipment for processing.
It can be used for passing the VGA signal through a DB 9-pin connector for hookup purpose. Example such as connecting a standard VGA signal from graphic card or other VGA equipments to an older NEC or similar multi-sync RGB monitors built with DB9 connector.
