Why does the paper feed light turn on and display an error message that the printer is out of paper?

We are not sure about your machine model. However, please check the back power button, turn it on, and delete all printing tasks on your computer. After that, pull out the printing tray and restart the machine. If it does not work, please send us more details, and our technician will assist you.

Can the printer print on stainless steel tumblers?

It can print on cylindrical metal cups coated with metal coating. Please provide us with pictures and size data of your stainless steel tumblers. Thank you.
