My Olfa ruler has a piece of plexiglass on one side to line up against the side of the cutting mat. Does this ruler also have that?

Dunno..was a gift..never saw it...had it sent directly to her.

Does the print wash off?

I have not had any issues and I’ve been using it for a couple years. However, I only wipe mine off, can’t speak to too much washing.

Yes, it is clear, and it had all of the marking that I use whenever I use this ruler. (It's one of my favorites) I think you would be happy with it! Thanks Caro.
