Camera needs a 12V signal from the back up light circuit to the red wire. The black wire gets connected to ground. There is a pigtail that plugs into the back of the head unit. That has a yellow AV connector and two yellow wires. The camera plugs into that. If you’re using a different camera than what it comes with, use the provided code and enter the “factory settings” You may need to change the camera image input settings.

When I turn on the head laps, the radio goes off,what went wrong?

Mine does the same. It seems to reset it. I’m going bypass the wire that is energized when you turn the lights on. I will give constant power when the car is on. Once I figure out which wire it is. For now I have more important things to do. It still work
