The Hilph Cold Therapy Socks are a great concept for foot and heel pain relief, and are suitable for various conditions such as chemotherapy, arthritis, and plantar neuropathy. These socks come in two sizes, medium and large, and are very stretchy. Each sock has three pockets, two for the ice packs and one for the sole insert. However, there are only two ice packs per sock, so customers have to choose whether to cool their toes or heels. Some customers found that the small pack doesn't retain cold for very long, lasting only less than 10 minutes, and flipping it after 5 minutes to extend the cold doesn't work either. Despite that, the socks are said to be soft, breathable, have regulated temperature, and work well for pain relief or inflammation. Customers also found the socks to be comfortable and convenient to use, especially during recovery from surgery or foot-related injury. Some downsides to note are that the socks run a bit big without the sole insert being present, and that the stitching is inConsistent on certain seams, which may affect durability. It is suggested that physical therapists should have these socks.
