I have a bottle that is 3.25" (8cm) diameter. Will this fit?

Our heating wrap is 19 inches long and designed to fit perfectly around a one-gallon jar with a 6.25" diameter. It would be too large for your 3.25" diameter bottle.

Is it expensive to have it plugged for several weeks at a time?

No, it doesn’t use much power. You can keep it plugged in and on all the time.

Will the temperature strip work on a ceramic container?

Yes, ceramic and glass are both stable to heat. You can use a thermometer strip on the side of your jars to track the actual temperature.
