The Organica Threading Thread is a pack of 5 with 8 spools in each box and comes with a pair of scissors by Behal International. On the outset, it appears to be of good quality, however, a few customers reported some issues with it. According to some reviews, it is not an OEM or genuine Mercedes part and the plastic material seems to be cheap. Additionally, it doesn't fit or line up properly in some cases which can be a bit of a nuisance. Despite this, some customers have found that it fits perfectly on their C300.
