These rings are plain and smooth. They are easy to bend. I bought them to mimic Sonic the hedgehogs magic rings for my grandson.

What are they made of and can you interlock two of the rings together please?

It's a cheap metal, lightweight. Yes, you can interlock them - there's an opening.
