However, some customers faced issues with loading or transferring music files and found no instructions for support. A solid grey bar also appeared across the screen for one customer after two weeks of usage. The player is found to be worth its price, which is believed to be justified by the better hardware, Android 10, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and Google Play Store access.
