Nellie & Joe's Key West Lemon Juice is a great product that has a tart taste similar to key limes. With its strong kick, it is perfect for making key lime pie and other recipes that require an excellent tart flavor. The product is easy to use and does not contain added sugars or artificial flavors. However, it needs to be refrigerated after opening. Reviews: - The flavor is wonderful but the shelf life can be an issue. - The juice is excellent for mixing drinks and cooking recipes that require a tart flavor. The shipping is quick. - The product's near expiration date is an issue for some customers who don't use it often. - The juice appears to spoil easily and some customers have received expired bottles. As a result, they have had to throw it away, which is disappointing. - Though it is not organic, it remains one of the best bottled lemon juices on the market.
