How long do you leave the mask on?

Hi Holly, After you apply the mask on your face and neck (most people forget that your neck shows signs of aging just as much as our face). Leave it on for 15-20 then wash off in luke warm water. Hope this helps.

Is this product supposed to be like water in the jar?

Yes - The mask is a loose gel like formula. You apply a thin layer to your face and neck and let it dry, wash it off with luke warm water. Your skin will feel soft, and refreshed. Hope this helps.

I need help! Does this product come with a safety seal? I ordered, it came leaked, not screwed tight and no seal. Is that normal?

We seal the jars with a shrink band around the lid safety measures, then wrapped in tissue paper and in the clear bag immediately after it is made. We then ship it to Amazon. If your jar leaked, please contact us via your order so we can send out a replacement jar. So sorry your jar leaked.

Hi, If you keep the mask in your refrigerator it will keep for up to a year, otherwise it is 9 months.

Can I use this with steam?

Steam before applying. Enzymes don’t like heat. I keep my jar in the fridge.
