I doubt it, as it's a little rough to use for 7/8 soft drawn. Definitely a great tool for residential Hvac work though

Yes it does it's color coded ,however this tools is spring loaded not a hydraulic tool which is in my opinion the hydraulic is better but hilmor do not have it.

When bending what is the take off of a 90 degree angle? Do you line up your center mark with one of the lines on the curved shoe part ?

Yes measure off the lines on the disk and you can’t got wrong. Use a piece of scrap copper the first time to get used to it

Do you think i can use the 3/4 mandrel to bend 1/2 od copper tubing? I want to form the larger radius. i think it may work

It should work fine...only soft metals though...cause it's made of some alloy metals and will break or snap if trying to bend something too thick or strong of a metal.

Will it bend 5/8 steel hydraulic line?

It’s made for soft copper so if it’s soft line yes if it’s ridged then no

Does this come with the reversing kit?

It appears that it does not come with this, there is a part number 1926598 has the reversing bender with it.

Will this bender work on 3/8 stainless tubing?

Depends a lot on the wall thickness of the tubing. The dies are aluminum, so you have that to contend with also. I would look for a bender designed for stainless steel, rather than chance it.
