To prevent forgetting that the food is still steaming in the kitchen, you can put a ring towel between the bamboo steamer and the water surface, even if the water dries up, the bamboo steamer will not be damaged, thus prolonging the service life of the steamer.

This bamboo steamer is perfect for home use. It fits over a pot or pan and can be used to steam vegetables or chicken. To prevent damage to the steamer, you can place a towel between it and the water surface. The steamer is dishwasher safe and made in China, but it is of high quality and well-designed. It also absorbs some of the steam water, preventing droplets from forming on the food and keeping the nutrients intact. While there are no additional tiers available for purchase, the set is nickel and aluminum-free, with the steamer being made of stainless steel and the only aluminum present in the sandwich layer of the pot's bottom.
