It has a hint of color and is made with ingredients such as grape seed oil, avocado oil, and vitamin E oil. The applicator is hard, but the product is moisturizing. It can be worn under or on top of lipstick, but if too much is applied it can bleed. The only downside is that sometimes the seal may come loose and make a mess.
