Despite being compared to Clue and Letters from Whitechapel, the game offers differing gameplay mechanics suitable for both non-gamers and avid board game enthusiasts. The game can be played with two players, but it's more of a 4-5 player game. Mysterium is centered around a murder, and the art isn't gruesome, but it is on the darker side.
