Hi i purchased a double recliner and the model no. is kddy001b, my puppy chewed the wires/adapter connected close to the back of the sofa (message 1)

If the puppy chewed the cord from the transformer below the link to the chair, you can replace the transformer. If it is above the connection (from the connection to the chair motor), you will need to splice the wires back together and hope that it works. If you need the transformer, be advised that the mfgr combined two of their transformers into one model and that model works intermittently at best. At all costs, try to repair the factory equipment before you buy a new transformer.

Does this have plug for 2 flat prongs?

We had to return the one we ordered because it did not work properly on our recliner. It did fit the connecter however. I cant remember if it had a 2 or 3 prong electircal plug.
