How deep of a cavity is needed for that switch?

I used this harness on a Squier Bullet Mustang and the switch was too big for the cavity . I ended up using the original switch with the pre wired pots... This is cheap crap but its a cheap guitar.

Will this work with a p90pickup?

Of course. 500k pots will give you a brighter tone. There are 330k pots people will use for P90's. 250k pots are a bit darker. The main thing is if this configuration will fit. This should work for an Epiphone Special.

Any kind of instructions come with it?

I did not receive any instructions with the wiring harness. But you can easily get a wiring schematic from places/websites like Seymour Duncan. (Then you’ll know where to attach the wires.). Additionally....if you don’t know How to solder...there are many how-to videos on YouTube. it’s easy. Just make sure you use flux.

What value is the resistor?

I can't remember, but I think .47.

Answer : The capacitor is welded on it.
