If it's above freezing, water them until it drops below freezing. After that, they should be fine until spring.

How long do they stay good for?

I stripped some of the greenery from the bottom of the stems, made a fresh cut to the stems, put in water and the greenery stayed fresh throughout the month of December. The boughs we used outside didn't have water, just cold temps, and they made it too! Beautiful and lovely smelling.

Are these available all year long?

I purchased in August. Ask seller.

Where are these tree from?

Don't know about trees. Suggest u ask seller.

Can you dry these to make them last longer?

I used them for covering a large garden planter. They were outside and lasted the winter but began to yellow so I really can't answer your question. I intend to buy again.
