The ASUS VivoBook F412DA 14" Laptop is a great value for money buy for basic tasks and low-end gaming. The backlit keyboard and fingerprint unlock are nice features. The Ryzen 3 3300U performs as expected for this price range. The display is good, but not suitable for color-sensitive work. The speakers are poor and a headset is recommended for media Consumption. Some customers have experienced hardware issues such as the camera, sound, and screen failing after a few months of use, but most customers have found the laptop to be a dependable purchase. This computer is a good low-end laptop that should be enough for office work, remote work, and remote classes.
