How is 11 grams of sugar healthy?

It’s for hard or long workouts where you’re sweating a ton it’s only 45 calories which you likely need. Gatorade Endurance formula for example which is for long runs or workouts has 90 calories and 13g of sugar. What’s more concerning about Liquid IV is the massive amount of salt. Most electrolyte drinks have 200-300mg of sodium. Liquid IV has 510! So if you drink 2 of these might as well eat a ramen packet.

Can I get this in bulk packaging? Not individual packets?

It would be great to get it that way, with less packaging. These little packets and pouches are not recyclable; a plastic canister is.

Is this good for hangovers?

Yes! It prevents hangovers for me every time. I substitute this drink for the alcohol and the next morning I feel fine!

Does it make the water fizzy (carbonated)?

It does not make the water fizzy or carbonated.

I currently mix emergen c into a smoothie. can i use this in the same way?

Yes...one can add this mixture to a smoothie. It will help with Hydration.

How does this taste compared to the Biolyte drink?

I think biolyte taster better! This has a stance after taste.

Directions say to add t 16oz of water. I have used 1packet/40oz water bottle and really liked it. Do you think this negates the absorption value?

I get filled up with 60oz of water, so if I can drink one packet in 16 oz I consider that about 3 less glasses of water. Other wise I am to full of water to eat food. If that makes any sense.
