Answer : The mat can protect against temperatures up to 600F.

Answer : Yes, the raised square design helps prevent tools, bowls, and more from falling or slipping.

Answer : The while item is made out of the same material so either side can hold hot items. It's made out of high heat resistant material that feels like rubber but it does not burn. It's flexible so you can roll it up and travel with it.
Question : Can I use this on my glass top stove after I turn off the burner, while still very hot, to protect an elderly relative from touching the hot surface?
Answer : It's meant to protect a surface from irons, not someone from a hot surface. It's heat resistant, but not melt proof. My guess would be that it may melt from that kind of heat.

Answer : Thank you for your interest in our product, the heat resistant mat is currently only available in black.

Answer : They are dark grey/black. I don't know of any other colors.

Answer : This mat is rubber and stays put on all surfaces. I have never experienced it sliding or slipping around any surface I have used it on.
Question : Can this mat be placed under a toaster oven to protect a marble countertop from possibly cracking from the heat generated by the toaster oven?
Answer : Possibly. I have used it over a year and my tools (flat iron, curling irons, etc.) have never had any problems with the mat. Hope that helps!
Question : How is it for vibration absorption? I was thinking of using it under a blender to keep it from dancing around on the granite counter?
Answer : What u need is a non-slip mat, not a heat resistant mat. It's pretty decent for cooling down electrical appliances, but doesn't have a firm fiction to hold items in place.
Question : Where is the station silicone mat made?
Answer : I do not have the wrapper anymore and it is not indicated on the product, but like everything else we buy...probably China.
