I ordered one and the seat cover is not fabric. The exterior is that plastic, easy to clean, type of material. The one where if you get ketchup, you can simply clean it.

How high does the tray reach on the highest setting?

To the table but I do not recommend this high chair. The logo fades off almost immediately. And then the paint and fabric is right behind it.

Lower the seat in the lowest height position, fold your tray up and push both buttons on the top side of the chassis to fold up. If you need additional information this can be found in the instruction manual.

Does the grey color also have rollers? I did not see the rollers in the picture sampled
