Will these fit on quad-shielded RG6 coaxial cable?

Yes, they will. It is significantly more difficult to install them on the quad shielding, if you do not remove all of the braided wire first. Please be sure to remove the 3 extra layers, and everything will work well.

Can these connectors be buried underground?

No, they will not last. You will first need to waterproof the connection by wrapping and sealing in plastic type wrapping or use a waterproof outdoor junction box. If you do not waterproof the connection it will fail.

Some reviews questions say screw on RG6, others say need tool, hoping screw on.

One end is screw, other end crimps onto the wire.

Does it work with rg7 coaxial cable?

I am not an expert on all variations of coaxial cable but I have never seen fittings that were for specific types. I use these for tv installations (digital and analog), vhf antennas, and uhf antennas for various ham radio bands. I have never noticed significant differences. So I think the answer is yes. I do know that they are the easiest of all to install so long as you have both the stripper and the installation tool.

Do they have orings as stated in the description, i looked up belden ppc xlws and they do not have any orings.

The ones I received had o-ring.
