How do you use the blue wire tracker?

To use the blue wire tracker, you send a Cat 5 signal from the meter port down the wire, and the wire tracer will pick up the test tone to find the wire out of a bundle. Alternatively, you can plug it into the middle port on the blue wire tracer to verify the connectivity for each of the 8 Cat 5 wires and show cross-wiring.

This device is not able to detect live fiber and does not come with a calibration document or probe for endpoint inspection. However, it does come with an English user manual and the iolm function is available.
