Help! I put it together twice. Pretty sure it's correct. If I help the pendulum, it will click a couple times and stop. It's wound up all the way.

Your problem is most likely due to a small amount of extra plastic flashing on the escapement mechanism pivot pins, which causes a slight binding on this mechanism in its bearing pivot holes. Try slightly sanding the pivot pins on the escapement mechanism to ensure they fit into their mating pivot holes with absolutely no resistance.
