This polisher has garnered mixed reviews from customers. Some praised its durability, affordability and effectiveness, whilst others found it not powerful enough and some had functional issues such as the lock trigger not working. According to the Q&A section, the polisher has a 21mm throw, the backing plates that fit the machine are either 5 or 6 inch. The foam pad is hook and loop type.. The machine is not forced rotation like the Flex 3401. The quality of the machine is described as good to work with. However, there were discrepancies in the product descriptions from different websites.
