The top is a cover. You have to open it up.

How do I set the time on this watch? It came with no instructions!

I believe you have to either double tap or hold down on the numbers for a couple seconds. Then from there it’s trial and error by tapping to change the time. Good luck!

The time and date are displayed underneath the top cover which lifts up revealing the LCD display. However, some customers found it hard to open the cover, even adults had difficulty. The watch does tell time accurately, but it is not waterproof. The product came in a simple envelope without protection for shipping, which dissatisfied some customers. The product description mentions a cover light, but some customers noted that it does not turn on when pressed. On the whole, if your little ones are into Mario, this watch could be a great gift idea.
