Hey Brad, I don’t know what you mean dual voltage, the button of the machine, you can plug it into the wall and charge it to 100%. The charge last a long time before you charge it again. So far, it’s a great buy & an awesome machine. Good luck!

looks like 6500 RPMs - the speed of the cutting blade. The heavy duty Wahl pet clippers run at about 9000rpms, I think.
