I have no idea but they are gallon size and they work great.

Can these lids be drilled to add a grommet and airlock?

We would not recommend it, it would most likely crack the lids.

Are jars leakproof & air tight without using the rubberbands?

Can you vacuum seal them?

It stands around 10.25 inches tall and has a wide 4-inch opening, making it ideal for storing and keeping fresh different types of goods and products. It is also great for making kefir, fermenting, and storing often-used pantry items like rice, oatmeal, and beans, to mention a few. The jars are durable, thick, and easy to wash. The supplied muslin cloth and rubber band make it easy to secure muslin cloth to the top when fermenting or brewing; hence they are leakproof and airtight.
