The Savant Flow Totalizer and Flow Rate Meter is a Bluetooth flow meter designed for various applications including fresh water systems, geothermal heating systems and aquarium plumbing. The device has a minimum flow rate requirement of 0.6 gallon/min and is NSF certified. The wet part material of the meter is certified, however, the electronic control unit should be kept dry. The device alerts users when the battery power is low and has an option to switch between measuring in gallons or liters. The meter has an advertised 7% margin of error, but some users have reported that the device measures up to 20% less than actual amount in a bucket test. The device can be read via an app manually or automatically using the iHub, a Bluetooth and WiFi gateway device that can send data to the Cloud system. However, some users report that the iHub has been useless and is hard to access data remotely. Overall, the DigiFlow 6710M is reported to work effectively, but the accuracy and remote data access needs improvement.
