The Battery Charger can be used for various chemistry battery types including LTO, LIFEPO4, acid, AGM and lithium. The unit has a 3 position switch to control the charging current at 5, 10 or 20 amps, and also has a restore feature. A FAQ review reported that the charger can charge a Lifepo4 12V battery (at 20a setting) as long as the battery is 40AH or larger. It also revealed the wires are too small, So, you may only get 15A out of the Charger. Charging a 12V lithium 120a deep cycle battery with 50% takes about 3-4 hours, and trickle charging will be used when the charging is almost completed to protect the battery. The Editor finds the unit small yet able to deliver on 20A charging. A downside was the too-small charging wires which limit the charging rate from the advertised 20A to 15A. A customer experienced a lead sealed acid battery boil while under the Battery Desulfator function. Another customer was happy with the charger and said they've used it for more than two months charging batteries up to 200Ah without issues.
