Has anyone used these on a stroller? How well did that work?

I haven't used these on a stroller but I have used them on my dogs harness and leash on our morning walks. As long as you clamp it onto a strap, tie down, or thin area without overextending the pinch grip you should be fine. My dog keeps a pretty good pace and we run sometimes and I have had no problem with them slipping off. And the visibility is great from a long ways off. You might also try using the velcro straps combined with the caribiner to attach it to the tubular handle as well if the handle isn't too big.

Would you be able to velcro these on the bottom of dance shoees on in instep by the heel?

No, not on the bottom of a shoe. You could velcro them to the sides or top of a shoe, but not a little kid's shoe...these lights aren't tiny or anything...

Do these provide enough light for the runner to see around him/her if it's pitch black out? Or are these just so others can see you?

While these are very bright lights, they are definitely so that others can see you and not so that you can see around you. A headlamp or some other sort of flashlight would be needed if you are trying to see where you are going.

How do you attach the carabiner? There is no loop on the light to fit the carabiner through and it won't fit behind the clip.

Each LED safety light can be used individually without carabiner,because there are clip behind it. And carabiner are free gift to help you to attach your other bags,keys etc. Also the carabiner would help to attach the lights to your waist when your belt doesn't fit the lights clipped on. What is the size of these lights?

They are small, just a couple of inches, maybe 3 inches but are extremely bright and easy to clip on to things.

How to change battery please!

You could use the screwdriver to remove the 4 screws. Then, the first new battery that you could put in with side written back to the switch, the other one you should put it the opposite . Install the 4 screws at last.

Is the battery easy to replace?

Not all that easy. There are tiny little screws that have to be unscrewed to open it up, and even then it needs to be pried open. It does come with a tiny little screwdriver for the tiny little screws, but since the screwdriver is so tiny it doesn't have much leverage, and if a screw was overtightened it can be hard to get is started. On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the battery is impossible to replace and 10 being that it's super-easy, call this one a 4.
