No, this is a deep conditioner. I use it about every two weeks & leave it in for 2 - 3 hours then shower & shampoo.

I’d say YES!!! I mixed it n left in for 24 hours n OMG IT WORKED

This is the way I use this: I wash my hair like I normally do in the shower then when I get out I towel dry my hair to get it non dripping I then apply this to my hair and comb it through after that I sit under a warm hooded dryer or cover my hair with a plastic cap for about 15-20 mins. then rinse it out.

I’m NOT sure it would be. They are both proteins, you can have too much of a good thing. I think it’s best you ask a professional salon.
