JLab JBuds Air Pro True Wireless Earbuds have some great features such as Bluetooth multipoint technology that allows you to connect up to three devices, auto play and pause, and dual connect. However, they do not have ANC. They also have a microphone that provides quality phone calls. Most customers found them easy to use with good sound quality, but some reported that they were not loud enough, and that the largest ear tips were too small for secure and comfortable fit. Some experienced discomfort wearing them for an extended period. Overall, customer service from JLab was exceptional, and a few customers reported that they had received free replacements.
