The Seagate One Touch Hub 20TB External Hard Drive Desktop HDD is a reliable and solid choice for PC, Mac, and PS4 users. The product holds a large amount of storage and has the capability for Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan. The company's product information is unclear and misleading in regard to USB compatibility. The read and write speeds are not the fastest, but the storage size and convenience outweigh speed. The hard drive needs an AC adapter and USB connection to run, and the cord is 18 inches long. In addition, the hard drive is noisy but can be fixed by adding padding underneath or on the side. Overall, customers have had mixed experiences ranging from positive satisfaction to product failure.
