It is equipped to receive Bluetooth right out of the box. Also, I must say that it does an excellent job of doing so! I stream directly from my tablet to the radio using Bluetooth nightly and it’s just awesome!

Yes it is a radio with a digital clock on the front so yes it is a clock radio. The digital clock by the way receives a signal that keeps it perfectly on time with the bureau of standards clock so it’s always accurate.

Does it have a snooze function and is it easy to activate?

Snooze1. When the alarm sounds, press any button other than the Standby button will silence the alarm for 5 minutes. 'SNOOZE' will appear on the display.2. To adjust the silence time for the snooze timer, press and hold the Info/menu button to enter the menu setting.3. Rotate the Tuning control rotary until 'SNOOZE X' shown on the display, then press the Tuning control rotary to enter the setting. Rotate the Tuning control rotary to adjust the silence time. There are 5,0,5 and 20 minutes for the snooze timer.4. To cancel the snooze timer while the alarm is suspended, press the Standby button.

What the meaning of 'clock avaiable fm-rdc-ct'?

RDS means Radio Data System and CT is Clock Time. This is a system that transmits small amounts of information to the radio such as the time, station information and song/artist information. Most radio stations use this now so this radio will display the song and artist information you’re listening to as long as you’re 1. Listening to a station that uses RDS and 2. You have a strong signal to that radio station.

In event of an extended power failure, are the time, the alarms and the pre-sets saved?

After recent power outage time and both alarms settings return to a proper times. Was it extended? I dont know. I wasn't at home.

Is it 110 and 220V compatible?

The specifications in my manual state there is a European version. But it does work with a 12v dc adapter that is not included.

The Sangean WR-22BK is a table-top digital tuning receiver with AM/FM and Bluetooth capabilities, featuring a single speaker design with clear sound quality at a good volume, and a real wood case with backlit buttons. The radio also has a clock with a digital display. The product is well designed, intuitive, easy to navigate, and adjustable. Additionally, it has an auxiliary output in stereo, so you could use it as a front end to powered stereo speakers. However, it's important to note that the USB function only plays MP3 files, and Apple users will have to convert files from iTunes to MP3.
