• Question : What is the material used for this water pump?
  Answer : The water pump is made of 304 stainless steel metal and water hose and high density ABS plastic, which is safe and healthy.
• Question : Can the pump fit all sizes of bottles?
  Answer : The universal drinking water pump fits almost all 2, 3, 4, and 5 gallon water bottles with a 5.5 cm bottle neck. In case of looseness, a cap can be used to stabilize the pump.
• Question : How long does the rechargeable battery last?
  Answer : After a full charge, the battery can be used for around 4-6 bottles of 5 gallon water. It only needs to be charged 1-2 times a month with a 5V 1A charger.
• Question : Can I use it while it is plugged in?
  Answer : Yes you can but I recommend keeping the pin plugged in the pump forever use the USBside of cable to plug and unplug , chargining pin is old version c type will wear off easily.
• Question : Just got it today, plugged it in & it quick chaging after 10 minutes. Wont hold a charge.
  Answer : Mine held up a little while but played out. Send it back
