The DB Electrical New TRM0047 Tilt & Trim Motor is a compatible replacement for various models of Force and Mercury Marine outboard motors. Although some customers had issues with compatibility, this motor seems to be pretty universal and can be returned if it doesn't fit. It is important to note that there is no Constant ground, and users may need to check their switch or relay issues. Additionally, some customers experienced leaks after putting more hydraulic fluid in the motor, and one user recommended using Permatex RTV gasket maker on the sealing surface. Overall, this product seems to work well for those it is compatible with and can save customers money compared to buying directly from a manufacturer.
