SUNLU Editorial Review

The SUNLU ABS 3D Printer Filament is a 1 kg spool of red ABS filament with 1.75mm dimensional accuracy. It is a hard filament to print and has not been successful in printing larger dimensioned parts. However, for smaller dimensioned parts, it is satisfactory. The filament adheres to the bed well, but layers do not adhere to each other as much, resulting in easily-snapped prints. The color of the filament is red, and it is pure ABS, which will dissolve and smooth with acetone. The total length of the filament is around 330 meters for 1.75 mm diameter. The filament is not 100% ABS, but the manufacturer has added some additives to make it print better. The product is safe to use but is not recommended to be used in an aquarium as it may leach chemicals harmful to fish.
