The JINGLING 4 inch 100mm Diamond Flat Lap Disc is a coated grinding disc with a grit level of 320 medium. The diamond is plated to the surface of the steel plate with almost 95% coverage. This diamond grinding disc is great for sharpening carbide table saw blades and TIG tungstens. One customer uses it to put a tip on their TIG rods and says it works great. There are some issues with the center hole in the disc not being in the middle, causing severe vibration. However, customers mostly report that this product is durable and efficient when used at lower RPMs.
