Users have found that the tool can be used to apply pressure to most parts of the floor and tapping it with a rubber mallet until it closes, making placing the last piece next to the wall easier. The range of movement for the handle if you are tight to a wall is 90 degrees, while the total free range of movement is about 120 degrees.
