My 80 set came with a color chart and numbers below each color. There might be a larger master set, but I am not sure on the colors of the other sets.

There isn't any color list available online for each set.

Are these only highlighter colors, or are there neutrals?

There are only 3 Highlighter colors (as in florescent) Yellow Orange and Pink. The rest are all very colorful and vibrant in many ranges but they arent the 'highlighter' ink.
