It is not a liquid, instead, the cartridge contains a scented band that when activated lets off a beautiful and evenly layered scent. The product is great, better than any candle and lasts monthly. However, according to a few customers, the cartridges appear to be limited and the price is high. Overall this product is perfect for those looking to add a nice scent to their home or office without having to light a candle or plug-in a diffuser.
