The charger cannot be used for a 12V car battery or a single 12V LiFePO4 battery. The green light flashing means that the battery is 100% charged. The charger is not waterproof. It is safe to unplug the charger from the wall with the battery terminal clips still attached to the battery. The 29.2V 20A charger can charge a 24V 50Ah LiFePO4 battery in around 2.5 hours.
