It’s about 5 inches long and 3 inches wide.

Does it come with batteries?

Even though its listed that it comes with 5 batteries, it doesn't. Something else to keep in mind is that two of these is for the remote and three for the car. Not fun to replace - and definitely hard to tell your kid to remember to turn off after each use!

Do the front wheels turn left/right with the remote control?

No. The Jeep only goes forward and backward.
