Will this tool use a 18 volt, p108 li-ion battery?

If I only need to torque the lugs at 80 is there a way not to overtorque since this can go up to 150?

Just snug it up with the impact and be sure to use the lowest setting, then use the torque wrench to complete the tightening process.
