This Trolling Motor Plug Receptacle Set is an excellent choice for any boater who needs a waterproof connector for their trolling motor. The plugs are of high quality and provide a solid connection. The locking feature is easy to use, and the plugs are easy to install. The plug set includes a plug and receptacle, and 6 AWG wire fits perfectly. However, the plug is not waterproof on the end that receives the trolling motor wiring harness. Users recommend putting a plate over any previous power source holes to protect the wires. The rubber cover for the receptacle is difficult to fit properly, and if not seated correctly, it can pop off easily. Overall, this is a great product that performs well, and the twist lock system is highly recommended.
