  Answer : Yes, this oil is perfect for use to kindle Shabbat candles.
• Question : Does it produce harmful pollutants?
  Answer : No, it does not produce harmful soot or other pollutants often found in kerosene.
• Question : Is the spout easy to use?
  Answer : Yes, the spout is designed to easily fill cans and canisters.
• Question : Will cheaper rubbing alcohol work just as well as the oil they sell for oil candles?
  Answer : Alcohol flames do not give off much light when compared with lamp oils. Also alcohol will burn without a wick while lamp oil will not. So alcohol would be more dangerous in the event of a spill. Cotton wicks tend to burn up much faster when used with alcohol fuels.
• Question : Can you add essential oils to this product?
  Answer : Yes. I add it as I fill my lamp.
• Question : What is the country of origin? Specifically, is it made in China?
  Answer : If you enlarge the photo you can see it says MADE IN U.S.A. on the label.
• Question : Could this paraffin oil work for a Zippo lighter?
  Answer : Ronsonol lighter fuel Is the correct type but paraffin. Fuel will work in a zippo also.
• Question : Can I use this in an oil lantern that takes flat 3/4 inch cotton wicks?
  Answer : Yes! I used mine in an oil lamp.
• Question : Is this pure liquid paraffin?
  Answer : It says it is liquid paraffin. I think it is liquid poison! Do NOT purchase this product. It will reek and it will smoke, especially when extinguishing the flame. This product should NOT be sold. I would return it if I could.
• Question : Does it freeze?
  Answer : Yes it does, just checked. On the other hand, containers of tiki lamp oil do not freeze at least at 20 degrees.
